Volunteers' Experiences - Feedback Requested

Yesterday (Monday) saw the last night shelter for this winter - we have had 50 different Guests this year, and feedback from them has been very positive indeed, with many grateful comments made about the care and consideration given them by staff and volunteers.

The Trustees would now like to have feedback from all volunteers on their own experiences and views. A 'Feedback Form' has been emailed to all active volunteers with a request that the accompanying feedback form be returned to a special email address by the end of March.
Volunteers are also invited to receive the Trustees' review of that feedback at a meeting to be held at Sussex Coast College, Station Approach, Hastings at 10.30am on Saturday 22 April 2017.
We anticipate a formal response to our application for the Housing Justice Quality Mark soon, so we will be able to feedback to volunteers what comments and recommendations for the future their assessor may have made, and also pass on to volunteers the gracious comments made by Judy Rogers, Mayor of Hastings, and Michael Foster, High Sheriff of East Sussex, both of whom visited the Night Shelter recently.
